RFEI utilizes the latest communications and computer technologies to organize, schedule, and track programs. Fully interactive web sites are created and maintained to allow continuous tracking of program milestones and deliverables. Customers have secure access to the web site and can input comments and suggestions directly to the team or individuals performing the tasks. Activities at remote locations are instantly accounted for and costly travel and on-site visits are reduced due to highly reliable program status reporting. Digital video and stills are provided from the work site and drawings can be digitally "redlined" from any other work location by anyone with the authority and authorization. RFEI Program Managers have the tools and experience to handle any completion or modification program.
